- Seeing God move through all creative means. We serve a creative God who calls us to be creative. I love to see people creatively share God's love.

- budget, time, and equipment but God is bigger than all of that combined and speaks will a still soft voice - never let anything get in the way of imagination and creativity.

- Seeing it all come together and connect. Sometimes the planning, scheduling, rehearsing, and such can get in the way of just getting lost in the moment of worship when it all comes together.
