Awesome list...AEtuts is a new favorite of mine. I wish there were more good music libraries that were free or lower cost...all the good stuff is so expensive. Here are some other sites I'd add to the list:

After Effects:
http://www.maxafter.com/tuts.htm
http://www.aenhancers.com/ (expressions, scripts and presets)
http://aescripts.com/category/scripts/ (scripts)

Free footage:

http://www.archive.org/details/vj_loops
http://processing.org/ (programming language for creating video? - I don't totally understand...check out some samples here)

Maxafter.com is indeed a good resource too. Thank you for your contribution Josh!. Processing.org is all about creating video by code. The drawing api of Flash actionscript is a good example of drawing driven by code. Actually I'm a bit of actionscript 2.0 programmer. Most code have the same logic, so it made expressions easier to understand for me. The possibilities of expressions are almost endless!
